Bajo la curaduría de Yina Jimenez Suriel.

In recent years, I have been questioning the relation of dominance between the hegemonic masculinities with the territories it occupies. I build or paint new spaces with a more horizontal view, more organic in relation to one another, instead of the vertical, geometric, rigid and phalic structures built by hegemonic masculinity.

This piece, called Mothership, is shaped in a 360-degree landscape, with horizontal and organic shapes that make it a possible space to foster life in an outdoor installation. I use the same materials used to build towers in my country, so it has a direct relation to it.
